Your New Role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, the Finance Business Partner is responsible for evaluating financial performance, identifying trends, opportunities and challenges, and present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders. You will partner with key business stakeholders across the Fund, with a focus on Enterprise functions & Projects and provide end-to-end financial support for a range of strategic projects being undertaken by the Fund to support project decision making.

Your New Role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, the Finance Business Partner is responsible for evaluating financial performance, identifying trends, opportunities and challenges, and present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders. You will partner with key business stakeholders across the Fund, with a focus on Enterprise functions & Projects and provide end-to-end financial support for a range of strategic projects being undertaken by the Fund to support project decision making.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
- Prepare project reporting and analysis to support the Senior Finance Partners and project stakeholders and offer business insights on both current and forecast financial outcomes.
- Provide advice and guidance on meeting financial plans and associated challenges.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Domain teams to develop, refine and execute financial strategies that align with the Fund's objectives.
- Assist in the delivery of the annual budget setting process for relevant key stakeholders, including identifying efficiencies and savings opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and assessment of project business cases, including cost and financial benefits.
- Monitor all financial aspects of project delivery and implementation, including monitoring of cost momentum, benefit realisation and linking any ongoing costs/benefits back to the Domain business plan.
What You'll Need
- Solid experience in a relevant finance role, preferably within the Financial Services industry
- Completion of CA/CPA, or equivalent
- Proven ability to build and manage cross-functional professional relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Natural curiosity to understand the business, industry and optimise processes to add value.
- Advanced ability to understand business objectives and drivers and how they translate into financial outcomes.
- Advanced business case analysis and modelling skills, including ability to interrogate proposed project costs/benefits.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas, perspectives, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
