They are now looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the team. This is a great role that will allow you to showcase your business partnering, financial, commercial and analytical skills.
Your new role
You will join the Finance Business Partnering team and play a crucial role in supporting Divisions through their planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, applying your strong financial analysis, financial modelling, communication and influencing skills.
In addition, you willPlay a critical role in the ongoing reporting of results, providing insights and analysis to stakeholders Translate complex financial concepts into clear and understandable language for stakeholders with various levels of financial acumen Support commercial outcomes through preparation and evaluation of investment opportunities Support financial processes across the organisation by building strong relationships with divisional and operational teams and by acting as a first point of contact on financial and commercial matters Monitor and analyse operational and capital expenditure on a monthly basis Correct financial information to ensure accurate and timely availability of information Your combination of advanced analytical and reporting capability and your communication and influencing skills will enable you to translate complex financial concepts into clear and understandable language for your stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will display success in a similar reporting role where you have partnered with non-finance staff delivering meaningful information to aid decision making. You possess strong analytical skills with the capability to transform data and, you are someone who has strong communication skills and someone who enjoys communicating with the business.
You are degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or Economics or you can demonstrate capability through past employment. A professional accounting qualification (CPA / CA) is desirable.
It goes without saying that you are detail-oriented and that you are someone who thrives in a highly collaborative environment, this role is an excellent opportunity for your professional growth.
