Your new role
As the Client Services Officer, your responsibilities will be:

• Build strong relationships with clients and staff
• Collating and lodging documents involving the ATO, ABR and ASIC
• ASIC administration support
• Processing refunds from the ATO and maintaining Trust Account documents
• Client onboarding, and maintenance of client information as needed
• General administration duties as needed

What you'll need to succeed
In your new role as Client Services Officer, you will need to:

• Have experience in a similar role and within a Public Practice Accounting firm
• ASIC, ABR, and ATO portal knowledge and experience is highly desired
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Organisation and high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Reliability and team player attitude
