The Accounting Regulatory Finance Manager, reporting to the Regional Head of Accounting Regulatory Finance Manager, is accountable for the financial disclosures of the legal entities in its scope, acting in compliance with respect to Environmental, social, and corporate principles established by the group.The Accounting & Regulatory Finance Manager has to be able to certify that all accounts and financial report for the legal entities in charge are under controls, reconciled and justified.In the changing of the finance organization, he has to play a key role in the team cohesion, in order to facilitate the communication and Knowledge sharing across the accounting community (Core/Factory teams).

Key responsibilities/What you do
Your main missions are the following:
- Ensure that all periodic financial reporting ( quarterly and yearly) are timely disclosed in accordance with group internal deadlines and regulatory requirements, under accounting, tax and legal requirements
- Ensure the consistency and appropriateness in accounting methods and the respect of accounting requirements across the Finance Factory, leading compliance with the business's internal corporate and finance rules book,
- Perform financial analysis with the ultimate aim to ensure quality and reliability of financial reports,
- Monitor the balance sheet accounts and ensure that proper and correct reconciliation have been implemented by Finance Factory, to provide a reliable situation of the financial statements,
- Monitor periodically the profit and loss accounts and ensure that proper and correct bookkeeping have been implemented by Finance Factory, to provide a reliable situation of the financial statements and of the profitability of the legal companies under responsibility,
- Support the Finance Factory in order to ensure a correct and timely delivery of tax submissions, escalating in case of risks for the company that require mitigation, actions and playing a role in coordinating ad hoc tax audits,
- Coordinate external audits and ensure inputs are timely and with accuracy delivered,
- Ensure a timely and proper execution of internal audits closure of related findings, developing relevant controls, rules and guidelines to enhance governance and mitigate risks,
- Encourage and facilitate communication with other teams, with focus on the collaboration with team members of Finance Factory, acting in a diligent and fair way in order to support the correct performance of the tasks in their area of responsibility and proactively encourage the resolution of the issues that can harm the value of the company,
- Collect from Finance Factory the necessary information to exercise his controlling duties over the financial reporting's and processes performed,
- Support implementation of Group initiatives at legal entity level, and support and locally.
Key requirements/What you bring
- Master II Degree in accounting, finance idally under the top 10 Business Schools
- Strong accounting knowledge, sound understanding of the A&R master processes
- A least 5 to 6 years practical experience in an international large group reporting environment
- Ideally good knowledge in IFRS gap (17 / 9 and 16)
- Good SAP/GRP Knowledge, and General affinity to IT tools in finance context
- Familiar witht the Pack Office (Especially Excel)
- Fluent in French and English
- Ability to communicate and interact naturally and courteously with all departments within the financial community
- Good team players and cultural mindset
