Allianz Insurance Singapore was established in June 2020, and today we're one of the fastest-growing insurers in Singapore, headed for the top spot in some of the product categories we're selling in. This isn't a fluke but a result of effective leadership, a culture of can-do will-do, and an amazing team that's #UnstoppableTogether, come what may.
You will be joining the strategy team which is responsible for analyzing the current business & to deliver on some of the key strategic initiatives & solve the challenges faced. The business strategy intern will be working on project basis with the internal or external stakeholders to solve a challenge or to deliver an initiative. Initiatives could be internal organizational projects or could be strategic external projects. The expectation is to have an active role in all aspects of the project: identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and implementing change. They are typically involved in discussions with, and presentations to senior leaders. Most of the projects will require close collaboration with different head of departments.
