Our international tax specialists advise, guide and implement innovative tax solutions to secure the best results and help our clients excel anywhere in the world. They deal with all types of fiscal issues such as corporate tax, international tax regimes and withholding taxes.

Your next challenge

  • Join our specialized team dealing with national and international clients and take pride in providing them tax structuring and tax due diligence advice
  • Provide Luxembourg tax advice to multinational groups including, for example, on the corporate tax environment in Luxembourg, the impacts of domestic BEPS measures such as interest limitation and anti-hybrid measures and the interaction with US and Pillar 2 tax reforms
  • Drive the acquisition of new businesses, develop and expand a client portfolio by dealing with clients' advisory tax issues
  • Optimize clients' global tax and cash positions (Acquisitions through adapted acquisition vehicles, tax effective international financing structures, profit repatriation strategies, business model optimization, etc.)
  • Explain modelling approaches, techniques, mechanics, and calculations to staff and clients
  • Coordinate with other local or foreign based colleagues for issues that exceed your area of competencies
  • Participate in various internal and external industry working group, where your specific tax and business competencies will allow you to participate in the firm and industry development
  • Develop the talent of your dedicated team by close coaching, delegation, supervision and by organizing internal technical meetings

Your skills

  • 5 years' experience in international tax in an audit/ tax advisory firm, law firm or corporate headquarter
  • Exercise sound judgment, manage risks effectively and demonstrate a relentless commitment to delivering work of the highest quality
  • Distinguish yourself by your organizational skills, your flexibility, your team spirit, your dynamism and your eagerness for learning and evolving
  • You are ready to commit fully and to share your know-how within a young and multi-cultural team
  • You speak English fluently. French/German is widely appreciated
