Treasury Analyst

Overall Objective of the Role
The position is responsible for supporting the Assistant Treasury Manager and contributes to the company's success by ensuring an efficient banking structure to support its regional operations through daily operational and strategic projects. The Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury Operations activities, which include the day-to-day cash management and administrative tasks.

Key Accountabilities
• Assist the day-to-day liquidity management and prepare daily cash position and reconciliation across all currencies in Asia Pacific countries
• Handle day-to-day initiation of payment request utilizing payment systems
• Manage intercompany cash for corporate and settlement processes
• Ensure all Treasury activities are accurately reflected in the Oracle accounting system
• Ensure Kyriba (Treasury Workstation) has accurately recorded all bank account activities
• Create monthly accounting general ledger interfaces
• Manage interest income and expense to ensure accruals are raised as required
• Ensure accurate maintenance of bank accounts, account reviews/analysis, bank fee analysis
• Administer daily loan borrowings/repayments and manage debt positions
• Coordinate with and support subsidiaries, other Corporate departments such as Tax, Legal, Payroll, Accounting with reporting, project implementation and banking functions
• Provide support and assistance with organization driven projects (conversions, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support

Experience/Knowledge Requirements
• Degree holders in Finance or Accounting or related discipline
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Treasury, Finance or Accounting
• Ability to follow all company policies and procedures as well as internal departmental procedures to ensure consistency and controls
• Expert knowledge in Excel, proficiency in PowerPoint, Word required, Treasury Workstation and ERP knowledge preferred
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
