Responsible for all-round office administration duties, including: cleaning of the office, serving tea to guests, mailing service, delivery of document externally, and other ad-hoc duties when required.

Company Secretary :
  • Deliver Board Paper to directors office / house (6 times per year)
  • Ad hoc documents for director signatures
Finance Dept:
  • Apply & Collect Bankdraft / FD (Twice a week)
  • Payment to Custom (Once a Month)
  • Payment to Income Tax (Once a month)
  • Collect Mails from Bank Negara (infrequently, not often)
IT Dept:
  • Apply & Renew IVest Card from Cyber Jaya. Expiry card - 2 years
Admin Dept:
  • Frank Mails for postage (everyday)
  • Arrangement of tables and chairs during events within organization.
  • Office Maintenance (replace fused light) amongst others
