Vice President / Assistant Vice President, Treasury

Responsibilities

Supervise subordinates to carry out daily cash-flow management of key operating entities of the Group; plan and arrange bank loan drawdown / repayment according to projected funding needs of the Group
Supervise subordinates to carry out daily client's money reconciliation of licensed corporations of the Group
Assist Head of Treasury to manage the liquidity risk and closely monitor relevant ratios / limits; submit periodic reports to head office system
Assist Head of Treasury to maintain current banking relationship by properly utilizing credit facilities and allocating deposits
Manage the client's money pools of each licensed corporation of the Group to optimize the interest income
Execute ad hoc tasks assigned / delegated by Head of Treasury from time to time

Requirements

Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
Minimum 6 years' working experience in banking or financial services industry; with at least 3 years in managerial level
With relevant experience on cash and liquidity risk management
Knowledge in Treasury, Finance and Compliance in financial industry as well as general banking practice and SFC Client Money Rules
Good problem solving, analytical and communication skills
Active learner, a team player and collaborator
Practical knowledge of MS Office applications and Bloomberg terminal
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Vice President, Treasury.
