  • A Well Established Bank is looking for a M/SM for their FP&A team

Your new role
  • Assist the team head in guiding the Financial Planning & Analysis team through financial planning, budget analysis, process coordination, and strategic/transformational projects.
  • Oversee the creation, monitoring, and analysis of a precise, consolidated annual budget plan, ensuring adherence to established budgeting procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of both short-term and long-term financial strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate budget plans, rolling forecasts, and mid-term planning.
  • Monitor budgets and monthly rolling forecasts, escalating any material changes to management.
  • Provide insightful performance analysis and commentary on financial performance.
  • Identify and address operational and financial risks.
  • Assist the team head to develop the FP&A team and to coach new joiners.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years in financial planning and analysis, preferably within banking.
  • Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in financial systems, and excellent communication skills.
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access DB, PowerPoint). Experience in Oracle and VBA will be a strong plus.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager.
