  • Responsibility for resolving reporting issues entails setting reporting standards and deadlines in agreement with clients, coupled with the effective communication and presentation of solutions and outcomes
  • Develop and maintain positive and constructive relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure deliverables are understood, planned, and delivered for integration into financial reporting processes
  • Adopt a proactive stance in spotting opportunities for process enhancement, both internally within your team and externally. Make certain that these ideas are brought up, deliberated, and given priority in the suitable forums
  • For assigned entities, maintain process and control documentation, updating as necessary in line with agreed standards and timelines
  • Act as a representative for the team on essential projects and new ventures. Offer guidance and expertise on financial reporting and related processes, aid in decision-making, and confirm that requirements are integrated into project plans. Document and establish reporting standards, processes, and controls, and manage the team following the Company's policies and procedures, including the Partnership Agreement, to consistently meet the team's business goals

Who we're looking for:

  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple deliverables to the required timelines.
  • Ability to work with others to find solutions to process and accounting queries.
  • Experience in leading and implementing process improvements.
  • Ability to motivate others in order to meet team and individual targets, as well as developing the skills and capability of the team.
  • Good coaching skills and ability to lead by example.
  • Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:
