This international company, located in an Inner South-East suburb of Brisbane, has recently undergone a period of growth. A knowledgeable and experienced Compliance Administrator is required to assist the team with end-to-end administration support. This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary, flexibility and excellent career growth within a growing industry.
Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Compliance Analyst, you will be a key support for the Quality, Risk, and Compliance team. The main purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional administration support with a positive and professional disposition. Some of your key responsibilities will be:
  • Assisting with managing and coordinating the management of the approved supplier register and supplier approval process for new and existing suppliers
  • Analysing, recording, and reporting of Public Liability Incidents across Australia.
  • Attending client meetings where required, draft minutes and follow-up action items to ensure timely delivery;
  • Managing and coordinating the management of the approved supplier register and supplier approval process for new and existing suppliers.
  • Conducting due diligence on all proposed suppliers and ensuring ongoing compliance.
  • Providing monitoring, reporting, and general compliance support to the team and the broader business.
