They're currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Model Risk Policy Expert to join their team in Krakow, Poland. Position Overview

The individual needed for this valuable role will become an integral part of the model management team, providing much-needed support to the organisation's stress testing, strategic planning, and forecasting processes. The position affords the opportunity to make real change, offering the potential to deliver transformational changes to the function for the better alignment, accuracy, and streamlining processes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and support for strategic planning, financial forecasting, and stress testing processes
  • Collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders to drive transactions that enable the organisation's progress
  • Design, develop and oversee SP/ST frameworks, standards, and forecasting methodologies
  • Contribute to analysis related to regulatory guidance, protocols, and internal policies
  • Drive transformational changes within the function to streamline processes and methodologies
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of model risk management and its application across stress testing and strategic planning
  • Proven experience in planning complex activities within a financial institution, particularly where strategic and financial planning is concerned
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders across the organisation
  • Familiarity with guidelines underlying the management of model risk both at Group and local levels
