Your New Horizon As a VP in our Group Transformation Office, you'll oversee the Change the Bank portfolio, ensuring robust governance and risk management practices that align with our strategic framework. Your Contribution
  • Lead the production and management of risk and control reporting, scrutinizing the efficacy of portfolio implementations and risk resolutions.
  • Spearhead issue identification and thematic risk reviews, setting the standard for change execution risk management.
  • Serve as the central liaison for internal departments, orchestrating risk discussions and resolutions.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to reinforce risk policies and drive the Lessons Learnt program for continuous improvement.
  • Enhance Key Control Indicators, collaborating with tooling teams to refine risk metrics and reporting practices.
