Your Role
The Client Reporting Associate 1 acts as the point of contact for creating bespoke financial reports for our wide range of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated professional to develop their financial career within a leading organisation.

Your Team
The Investor Services Reporting team interacts daily with the client and internal parties to resolve all reporting related queries.

Your Responsibilities
  • Run daily, weekly, monthly and other regular or ad hoc reports for internal departments or the client. This includes the creation and the setup of new reports.
  • Produce reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Management Information (MI) reporting.
  • Prepare and collate Transfer Agency data information to comply with internal & external audit requests.
  • Play a supporting role to the Team Leader and Managers.
  • Work on improving established guidelines and practices by consulting with the Team Leader and Manager where clarification or exception may be required.

Your Profile
  • Successfully attended final second-level education (BAC+2 minimum) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • University degree in accounting, banking, finance or business administration will be considered as a plus.
  • Previous experience in Transfer Agency or Financial Services is preferred.
  • Advanced computing skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are required.
  • SQL knowledge is considered as an additional asset.
  • Fluent in English with strong language skills a clear preference.
  • Additional languages (e.g. German, French, Luxembourgish, Italian and/or Spanish) are assets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards also with large work volumes/multiple demands from external parties or the management line.
  • A clear and analytical methodical approach to problem-solving; administrative and organizational skills; meet tight deadlines with initiative and team-oriented spirit.
  • Adhere to existing procedures and controls in place and eager to learn.
  • Strong client focus.
