The role is crucial in supporting the organization's strategic goals of improving financial performance, compliance, and customer/stakeholder experience. This role is essential in ensuring that the organization's financial processes and systems are optimized, standardized, and automated to achieve these goals.

  • Financial Performance: One of the key measures of success for this role is to improve the organization's financial performance by optimizing financial processes and systems.
  • Compliance: The SME is responsible for ensuring that financial processes and systems comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Customer/Stakeholder Experience: The SME is responsible for ensuring that financial processes and systems support a positive customer/stakeholder experience.
  • Project Delivery: The SME is responsible for leading and delivering financial transformation projects.
  • Change Adoption: The SME is responsible for ensuring that the organization adopts new financial processes and systems effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: The SME is responsible for managing stakeholders across the organization.
