Our client, a reputable organisation in Adelaide, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Credit Controller to join the team.
Your new role Your new role as Credit Controller will see you:
  • Manage credit control process, including chasing outstanding accounts and ensuring clients adhere to agreed credit terms
  • Maintain accurate records of payments, invoices, and client interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a firm approach to credit control
  • What you'll need to succeed
    To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in credit control, strong communication and negotiation skills. You will also have attention to detail, an ability to work independently and proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, accounting systems).
