Job Purpose
You will be responsible for managing and delivering the necessary service and support for product launches, regulatory compliance, and process improvement initiatives. Your role will involve developing business requirement documentation, communicating requirements to the technical team, and conducting system testing. Additionally, you will provide support for daily business operations, projects, and transaction processing, while continuously learning and understanding the behavior of the main systems and sub-systems.

The Job
  • Lead Customer Policy Servicing support for product launch, process re-engineering/ improvement initiatives, system enhancement and transformational initiatives
  • Develop business requirement documentation for product launches, regulatory compliance, and process improvement initiatives, and communicate those requirements to the technical team
  • Review UC or FSD to ensure requirements are clearly and correctly documented as per user requirements
  • Develop test plans and conduct various testing
  • Manage stakeholder expectations for projects and prioritize system enhancements
  • Lead Customer Policy Servicing business transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with the technical team and business users to ensure that technological solutions are delivered according to expectations and on a timely basis
  • Conduct training for business users on system enhancements and projects
  • Attend to errors and issues arising from daily business operations and liaise with the technical team to ensure timely resolutions and minimize business disruptions
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
  • Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
  • Highlight any potential concerns/ risks and proactively share best risk management practices


Our Requirements
  • Degree and preferably possess professional certification in Insurance (i.e. M9, M5 and HI)
  • Good understanding or prior experience in transactional process cycles in insurance operation is a plus
  • Able to multitasking with minimal supervision to meet the deadline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Excel
  • Analytical, meticulous and accurate in producing superior quality of work
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Positive mindset and willingness to learn/ explore
  • High level of integrity, take accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
  • Take initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
