Representing a proudly Australian owned and operated solar business who is one of the country's leading designers and installers of residential and commercial solar systems. Focusing on less expensive and cleaner power for families and businesses.
With products such as electric vehicle chargers, energy efficient water heaters and rooftop solar, storage and energy services. They want to bring in a new sales manager to join their growing Melbourne team with the office based in the Eastern suburbs.

Your new role
As an experienced solar sales manager, there will be a variety of exciting and challenging duties you will be responsible for, including driving the sales team you will build around you, you will be prospecting new customers and industries to qualify and onboard new customers to the business, identifying key areas to target and implement strategies for you and your team to capitalise on new opportunities. In this role you will be able to build a sales team around you, bringing on new talent you identify to drive sales and revenue to the business. Working closely with internal support functions to ensure new clients are onboarded correctly and efficiently. You will already have excellent knowledge of the solar sector and stay up to date with industry trends, competitors and product knowledge to provide customers with the best solutions. You will be a driven sales manager who has the ability to motivate your team to success. This is a full time permanent position with excellent career opportunities.
