Senior Consultant for Financial Services

Tasks:

• Support and deliver change projects, ensuring the timely delivery of such projects and within the budget
• Perform business analysis on operational processes and systems of financial institutions
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, both on assignments and for the development of the Reply team
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in service delivery
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed consultancy
• Continuously develop expertise in developing innovative solutions for the financial services industry, through the opportunities provided by Reply and of your own initiative

Your Skills:

• At least 3 years of professional experience working in the Banking or Insurance industry
• At least 1 year experience working in a Change Project
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluent in English as well as either Dutch or French
• Ability to travel for client engagements and on-site activities across both Belgium and Europe
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields of studies
