The Job
1) As part of the Group Rewards function, you will be heavily involved in the execution of the annual Compensation and Performance review exercise as well as supporting the team in data mining and analysis. Specific job tasks may include:
  • Supporting the consolidation, extraction and analysis of data points for budgeting, compensation and performance review to facilitate the annual compensation and performance review
  • Supporting the management of the annual cycle timelines and communications with stakeholders
  • Supporting the preparation of reports for Senior Management and Remuneration Committee as well as other regular reporting
2) You will be involved in providing data support and analytics to the Rewards Lead in making informed decisions about designing relevant compensation strategies and compensation and benefits policies. Specific job tasks may include:
  • Reviewing compensation survey proposals which are outside the approved parameters, escalated by the Talent Acquisition team
  • Reviewing ad-hoc off-cycle salary review requests for incumbents due to re-designations, etc
  • Providing support in recommendations on surveys to participate in, managing contracts, agreements review, payments and completing the necessary data submission/validations/reports compilation and analysis
  • Reviewing and analyzing findings from the compensation surveys and assisting the Rewards Lead in developing appropriate strategies to drive organizational behaviors
  • Assist in participation of market or industry surveys, reviewing and performing trend and benchmarking analysis
  • Provide support to the Rewards Lead to review employee benefits and proposing solutions to drive employee behavior and support business goals
3) You will be supporting administration of international assignees compensation, tax and benefits related matters.
4) As part of your career development, you will also be involved in both compensation and benefits related and generic Group/Corporate wide projects on an ad-hoc basis.

  • Excellent ability on working with large data sets on Excel
  • Mature and able to handle/manage highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to work within tight and intense timeline
