The team

Investment & Analytics is a team of investment professionals that covers all the development process of Fozzy Group, both intensive and extensive growth. As an Investment Analyst you will support the team responsible for analyzing investment projects, executing investments and M&A transactions, and facilitating corporate development of the Group. In this unique role you will work on high-impact, challenging and cross-functional projects, with direct exposure to senior leadership.

You will contribute a creative and analytical skill set to help solve complex problems. You will serve on several large core projects (with other members of the team), plus be assigned a few smaller projects to drive more independently. You will have a high amount of autonomy and will work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization. As an example, your job will include building financial and valuation models, due diligence, preparing presentations for investment committee or strategic sessions and providing automated analytical tools.


  • Build financial and valuation models, perform market scans and competitive analysis, engage in business units’ due diligence to facilitate execution of internal investment projects and potential M&A transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to perform analysis of investment & operational improvement projects and evaluate the performance of current business operations.
  • Drive financial and data analysis to break down and structure complex issues, synthesize analysis, and make recommendations.
  • Prepare presentations (e.g., investment committee, strategic committee etc.) for senior management.
  • Other opportunistic assignments with high potential impact


  • Potentially engage in Data analytics projects (understanding of Data Science & Modelling is a strong plus)


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Quantitative Economics, or business-related fields
  • Experience in financial / business analysis.
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables – the must; VBA / Power Query / DAX is a strong plus) & PowerPoint skills (the must)Good knowledge of accounting and management reporting
  • Good interpersonal skills, internal customer focus
  • Willingness to learn, professionalism and dedication.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English required.
  • Experience in Big4/investment companies and CFA is a good plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in FMCG or multinational company.
  • Knowledge of Reporting and Business Intelligence Software (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Cognos Analytics)
  • Experience with Python (data science, data analysis and manipulation packages)CFA, ACCA certifications
