Responsibilities:
  • Oversee fund accounting teams to deliver a comprehensive range of fund administration services.
  • Ensure accurate calculation and reporting of Net Asset Value (NAV).
  • Supervise all aspects of investor servicing activities, including investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and other investor reporting.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of fund documentation and apply the terms to financial reporting and income and expense allocations.
  • Oversee the review of financial statements and footnotes for audit purposes.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new funds.
  • Act as the main contact for clients on daily operational matters, issue discussions, and other requests.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for internal process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in client pitches and other sales initiatives as a subject matter expert.

Qualifications:
  • A degree in Banking/ Finance/ Mathematics/ Accounting/Economics. A qualified accountant is preferred.
  • A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in fund administration serving Private Equity and/or Real Estate Clients.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office products. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IFRS, US GAAP and GAAP; familiarity with Luxembourg GAAP, Japanese GAAP, Singapore GAAP would be beneficial.
  • Experience with Yardi & Geneva accounting software would be an advantage.

  • Understanding of the APAC region and its business culture.
