Permanent, full-time administration role based in Toowong, supporting the Team Leader and Financial Advisers. Your new company
This family owned Financial services company provides advice and support to families when they need it most. They are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their welcoming and professional team based in Toowong. Hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm with an early finish on Fridays, a great team culture that celebrates success and professional development.
Your new role
You will be responsible for servicing their valued clients as well as providing administration support to the Team Leader and Financial Advisers.
Duties will include:
  • Phone and email correspondence
  • Implementation of advice and recommendation
  • Ensuring clients adhere to compliance, policies and regulatory requirements
  • Data entry and updating client files
  • Managing confidential information to generate reports
  • General administration support to the wider team
  • What you'll need to succeed
    You will have previous experience in a similar administration support role, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive and customer-focused attitude. You will offer a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills and contribute to team activities.
