If you are looking to grow in an exciting career filled with opportunities and potential, we are seeking a professional to join our team as Senior Project Manager (Regulatory, Compliance and Finance Systems) . In this role, you are required to lead Risk and Compliance related initiatives, and extend BAU support for on-going or new applications post the implementation.

The Role:

  • Ensure alignment of the applications with overall IT Strategy
  • Manage projects in the Regulatory, Compliance and Finance domain in accordance to policies, standards and regulatory requirements
  • Provide BAU support for applications in the Regulatory, Compliance and Finance domain to meet SLA
  • Lead and manage a team of Business Analyst and/or Software Engineers to meet business requirements, functions, performance, and governance
  • Manage multiple deliverables concurrently to different business group while fostering strong customer relationship
  • Manage relationship with vendor, users, and internal IT teams to manage issues and enhancements
  • As part of the leadership team, work with key stakeholders to proactively shape the organisation's culture and conduct environment that is aligned to the organization's Core Values
  • Champion culture and conduct behavioral expectations within the Department/Division
  • Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
  • Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
  • Other responsibilities entailed

The Person:

  • Tertiary education required
  • At least 8 years of project management and application support experience from financial industry
  • Proven records for delivering Oracle EBS Suite of Applications or Oracle Cloud Applications
  • Experience and familiar with Oracle EBS Suite and/or Oracle Cloud Applications
  • Experience and familiar with Regulatory, Risk, and Compliance domain encompassing RCSA, CRSA, BCM, TRM, ORM, or equivalent
  • Passionate on driving changes and proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy, and with a can-do attitude
  • Certification or formal training in project management or Oracle Certifications will be an advantage
  • Self-starter with excellent leadership and team building skills
  • General knowledge of business processes, data flows, risk management and compliance
  • Possess strong planning, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Demonstrates alignment with the organisation's core values through expected behaviours
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
