We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail andpayments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join our Finance team to help supportour growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the management teamto develop financial strategies for the organisation. You are comfortable handling largeamounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regularfinancial reporting.

  • Handle finance daily operations including payments to vendors and etc
  • Prepare month end closing accounting reports including providing analysis and commentary to the finance manager
  • Assist FM in managing local banking relationships to ensure that facilities exist to meet the local working capital
  • Support FM to plan, develop and execute financial strategy in line with managements overall strategy
  • Assist in comparing historical results against budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis
  • Coordinating companys annual budget process and keep tracking the progress towards the targets; recommend necessary actions to management
  • Assist FM in maintaining and updating our regular finance models
  • Assist with audits, including internal and external audits
  • To liaise with Bankers, Auditors, Tax Agents, and government bodies for banking, finance, and admin related matters
  • Undertake any other finance-related matters or ad-hoc projects

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, exposure in technology company is an advantage
  • Expertise in tax compliance, Finance Operations, FP&A, Finance Strategy
  • Advanced Microsoft skills and/or Google Suite skills is required
  • Experience in Xero is an advantage
  • Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Organised and detailed oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
