Executive Administration Assistant located in North Sydney Your new company
A global company with their APAC head office located in North Sydney, has recently created a new Executive Administration Assistant role to support two senior people.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Diary management
  • Creating travel itineraries and organising flights and accommodation
  • Interpreting and analysing data in Excel and creating reports
  • Designing PowerPoint presentations
  • Tracking and processing expenses
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need first-class relationship building skills and the ability to understand the varying needs of the people you are supporting. As a central point of contact, you will be dealing with stakeholders across the world and will need to communicate and coordinate things efficiently. Strong MS Office skills are imperative to ease the administrative burden from your superiors and ideally, you will be confident with PowerPoint to create presentations from scratch and use the more advanced functions in Excel in order to manipulate the data. As a newly created position, you'll also actively seek out ways to add value where you can to establish yourself and the role.
