Job Description

A top-tier insurance firm is looking to hire a Group Manager, Financial Management to join their finance team in Hong Kong

Your responsibilities would include:
  • Day to day management of the process for project/spend/matters that require group approvals
  • Facilitate projects/spend requests from submission to approval
  • Respond to queries and other logistical concerns raised by business units and/or group functions when they arise in respect of group approval policies
  • Performing initial quality control over requests submission for accuracy and completeness of information
  • Maintaining technology workflow system and tracking of post implementation review and reporting
  • Liaising with business units to ensure timely completion of progress reports and post implementation reviews
  • Managing and maintaining the approval policies

You will need:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or business
  • 5-8 years of experience within Financial reporting preferably either from Big 4 or insurance industry
  • CPA certifications are preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance accounting
  • Ability to communicate and manage relationships with senior executives across the Group
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
