The Job

This individual will fill a key role within the accounting group. The position will support various aspects of finance and accounting for the company. The successful candidate will need to be effective and experienced in the general accounting function. The position requires solid accounting experience combined with analytical skill. The candidate will fit well in an environment that rewards bright, self-starting, energetic, focused individuals with ever-increasing responsibility and challenge. The candidate will need to process strong problem solving skills, work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail, and ability to work with others. This position will support various aspects of the financial cycle including, but not limited to assisting in various audits and monitoring various metrics of the business to aide in monthly and/or quarterly reporting. This position also requires general accounting responsibilities, including journal entries, intercompany transactions, account reconciliations and accruals.

Main Responsibilities of this position include:
  • Review accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and make or direct corrective entries.
  • Monitor the financial activity on assigned programs and prepare expenditure reports.
  • Preparation and distribution of Turnover Reports/Schedules in preparation for forecast/budget.
  • Complete worksheets needed for Statutory Reporting.
  • Assist in audit mid-year and year end audit request for journal entries, cash and intercompany sampling, etc.
  • Record accruals, prepaid and prepare various kinds of reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures as laid down by Coface and external regulators, adhere to and respect the IT Security policies.


Bachelor's Degree in Accounting


Minimum 2-5 years' experience performing professional accounting work

  • Have excellent skills in Excel and knowledge of Oracle Financial (knowledge of Access is a plus)

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
