Join the financial planning team in an administrative support function Your new company
Your new company are an accounting, tax and financial planning firm based in Adelaide CBD, who are passionate about helping their clients achieve their financial goals.
Your new role
Your new role is responsible for duties not limited to:
  • Finalisation of client advice documents such as Statements of Advice and records of Advice
  • Preparation of investment and insurance forms and documentation
  • Preparation of client letters
  • Adhoc administration
  • Administration of funds and shares
  • Liaising with financial advisors, accountants, fund managers, solicitors, banks
  • Preparation of new client kits
  • Maintain client files
What you'll need to succeed
This opportunity suits a candidate with good working knowledge of administration processes and computer applications such as the MS Suite.
Previous experience within financial services is not required, just a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
