Role overview:
Join our team as a Account Manager, where you will take the lead in planning, managing and delivering projects from the initial briefing to delivery. This role offers the chance to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams. You will be conducting project kick-offs, briefings and update meetings. We are looking for candidates who excel in negotiators and are solutions focused.

  • Being the day-to-day contact for your clients, keeping them up to date and responding to any queries in a friendly, professional and timely manner
  • Writing clear and concise briefs for your clients, in-house teams or external suppliers
  • Developing project proposal documents including project costings
  • Keeping internal admin up to date including timesheets, project files and budget management systems
  • Keeping track of project costs against budget, managing POs and invoicing
About the candidate:
  • Minimum of 2 years agency or project management experience
  • An educational background in a Business or Technology-related field of studies
  • Keen interest in internal comms and employee engagement
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and a team-player, with an ambition for continual improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working to tight deadlines and effectively prioritising your workload
