Job Description:
  • Design and develop automated tests and test suites for new and existing ServiceNow applications
  • Perform manual testing on system specifications supporting the enhancement or fix of ServiceNow applications
  • Ensure quality delivery of project deliverables in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with a team, consisting of onshore and offshore Functional and Automated Testers
  • Experience on following ServiceNow modules and writing test scripts manual as well as automated -CSM, Service Portal, Domain Separation, Virtual Agent, Workforce
Skills and Experience:
  • Min 2 to 6+ years - 2 to 3 years of ServiceNow ATF and Selenium Automation relevant hand on experience. (both are hand on roles)
  • Relevant 2 to 3+ Yrs Exp in ServiceNow Automation Testing with ATF and Selenium.
  • Experience in testing various modules within ServiceNow e.g.- CSM , ITBM, Service Portal; ITSM- Change, Incident, Knowledge, Problem; ITOM- CMDB, Discovery etc ; Other- Integration with other modules/ tools, custom Application testing
  • Testing experience on Service Catalog Integration Hub and Flow Designer and general integration
  • Knowledge of workflows in various CSM , ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalogue, IT Asset Management, CMDB)
  • knowledge of test automation using ATF
  • Should be able to do Test Case Design/ scripting a hand on role
  • Knowledge on automation tools such as ATF, Selenium, QTP, Tosca is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs.
  • Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it.
  • Service-now custom Application testing and using custom scripts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong ability to evaluate constraints, risks and dependencies.
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Keep Management updated of progress or report issues.
Technical Expertise:
  • Creation of custom script for complex functionalities testing. (Hand on )
  • Expertise on using ServiceNow development hand on.
  • Expertise on Debugging script
  • Working with complex Log Files.
  • Expertise in creation of updates and doing deployments.
  • User Administration
  • Web Service/REST API Integration
  • User Interface Level Integration
  • MID Server Integration
  • Use of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to the service-now.com
