Key Responsibilities
  • Design and supervise the implementation of strategic plans in business development & account portfolio management.
  • Lead a team of Relationship Managers to solicit new business and drive for both of the asset and portfolio growth of ME customers.
  • Monitor & accountable for team performance against business targets & plans.
  • Ensure profitable and healthy development of Business Banking portfolios through effective management of credit terms, pricing and collateral requirements etc.
  • Work closely with Credit & Collection of Risk Management Group to monitor the performance of Business Banking portfolio and proceed speedy collection actions.
  • Review credit proposals and approve daily temporary overdraft and bills excess.
  • Identify potential credit problems and implement appropriate follow-up action.

  • Preferably a Degree holder in Business or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience at a managerial level in commercial banking environment with proven record in new customer cultivation.
  • Strong analytical mind and proactive.
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
