Retail Distribution - Distribution Management
Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 290 branches and automated banking centres, including around 60 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products to our valued customers.

We are currently seeking a high caliber to join our department as Retail Banking Sales Management Manager.

Principal responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement sales plans for project activities and lead the team to achieve the assigned KPIs as well as direct them to maximize productivity.
  • Monitor sales activities and productivity metrics to ensure delivery is in accordance with projected sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and drive payroll penetration from Corporate Employee Privilege Program activities.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Banking's team to liaise with companies' representative to arrange onsite acquisition activities.
  • Orchestrate and monitor Corporate Employee Privilege Program activities to drive the growth of corporate employee program and product penetration.
  • Mobilise branch network platform to drive business referral for corporate account new business.
  • University degree in Business or related fields is preferable
  • Around 3 years' experience in retail banking as well as exposure to frontline sales or mortgage sales an advantage
  • Pass in insurance intermediaries qualifying examinations will be an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese with sound knowledge of application software
  • Strong sense of ownership and high level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
