Job Purpose

A ServiceNow Architect is a professional that has a better in-depth understanding of technical or platform governance processes, estimations, planning, architecting business complex applications on the ServiceNow platform. The Architect is responsible for analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, proposing solutions to achieve complex business objectives, provides guidance on, assists in establishing, and participates in technical governance processes, collaborates on the design and implementation of a platform operating model that improves likelihood of successful go-lives and end-user adoption.

The Architect is also expected to produce collaterals and conduct necessary trainings for different user bases to know how to navigate and use the different ServiceNow applications applicable to each group/role.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design elegant and simple solutions that make the world of work better for your stakeholders.
  • Define an extendable and secure integration framework and lead the establishment of common integrations such as Active Directory, Multi-Factor authentication, email, etc.
  • Mastering the art of presenting technical architecture solutions to project teams
  • Lead and guide a team of junior staff members alongside the ServiceNow Technical Lead Collaborate with the team in developing creative design solutions.
  • Review project documents for quality assurance.
  • Interact and consult with clients.
  • Lead team in project design and documentation from start to finish.
  • Compile requirements and solutions to offer to the customer.
  • Provide top-level business and technology architecture consultancy services to the client.
  • Brings thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to the client.
  • Produce training modules and communication plans needed to effectively inform the user base in using specific ServiceNow applications.
  • Collaborate with the customer's Organization Change Management team.
Required Qualification and Experiences
  • Min 8-12yrs of work Experience with Min 8 years of ServiceNow Development experience is required.
  • Atleast 5 completed full ServiceNow implementations
  • More than 3 years of senior technical experience
  • Currently has the following Valid ServiceNow certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • Two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications
  • Certified ITIL4 Foundation Practitioner (preferred)
  • ServiceNow Micro-Certification - Flow Designer (preferred)
  • ServiceNow Micro-Certification - Performance Analytics (preferred)
  • ServiceNow Micro-Certification - Application Development Process Creator (preferred)
  • ServiceNow Micro-Certification - Citizen Developer Application Creator (preferred)
