Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Set up metrics & management information in managing the Bank's Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet;

• Prepare annual budget and forecast reports;

• Prepare various financial analysis materials for management's strategic meetings, in particular analysing the performance as compared against industry benchmark, market performance;

• Assist in setting KPIs and communicating with business on financial performance;

• Set up relevant policies & procedures on Balance Sheet Management & ALCO process;

• Manage the Bank's capital ratio - CAR reporting & forecasting, including HKMA CAR returns;

• Act as ALCO secretariat to manage ALCO agenda to discuss the Bank's BS strategy;

• Monitor and manage the Early Warning Indicators and Recovery Indicators of the Bank;

• Lead the ICAAP exercise and manage relevant documents and presentations for Committees and the Board approvals;

• Analyse capital & liquidity implications of new business initiatives;

• Support fund / capital raising activities.

• Any other ad hoc reports requested by management.

Experience and Education:

• Over ten years in Finance related work experience in banking sector with relevant experience in Performance Management / Balance Sheet Management.

• CPA along with a relevant degree preferred.

• Ability to lead and drive initiatives with a structured and focused approach.

• Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills and experience.

• Decision maker, problem solver, good analytical and numeric skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
