Job Responsibilities:
  • Apply knowledge of project management to keep team projects and priorities on schedule
  • Develop comprehensive project plan to include resources, budget, timing and scope
  • Provide consistent updates on project progress and highlighting challenges to the HR project team and partners
  • Understand internal HR processes with the ability to translate business requirements to developers
  • Conduct a risk-gap analysis to identify impacts to downstream systems and reports
  • Lead all aspects of project execution and making adjustments as vital to ensure project success
  • Liaise with Finance, Cyber, and Technology teams for integrations, patch updates, clones and upgrades
  • Maintain updated process documentation SOP's
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud or similar HRIS system (HCM, Comp, Benefits, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)/Oracle Onboarding Checklist (OOC), Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) Reporting and Analytics
  • 3-5 years of HR Project Management experience
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, accompanied by strong technical and interpersonal skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Sophisticated Excel skills required (macros, vlookup, etc.)
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and also work autonomously
  • Thoroughness and high attention to detail
