A market-leading global MNC is seeking an exceptional FP&A Analyst to join their Finance team and contribute to their continued success.

About the role

In this role, you will be an individual contributor, play a vital role in analyzing financial performance, driving profitability, and supporting business initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive monthly analysis of sales, profitability, and expenses, providing value-added commentaries and comparing results to budget and previous year performance.
  • Monitor financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, with a focus on P&L performance.
  • Assist in cash flow forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Develop dashboards with relevant KPIs to track business and operations performance and support variance analysis.
  • Act as a business partner, collaborating closely with department leaders to analyze and enhance product margins across all divisions.
  • Support the implementation of business initiatives, including financial modeling, cash flow analysis, risk assessment, and results tracking.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and materials, such as performance reviews, for the leadership team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, including financial modeling, process improvement, and project management in a multinational corporation or sizable organization.
  • Proficiency in VBA, SQL, and Power BI is advantageous.
  • Audit experience from a top-tier CPA firm is highly valued.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, demonstrating effective teamwork and communication skills while managing multiple assignments.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
