RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will be tasked to develop, review, and update compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate regulatory risks. You will take ownership in Implementing these policies across the organization and ensure adherence at all levels.

You will be responsible in providing compliance advice and guidance to business units on new products, initiatives, and strategic business decisions. Assess the compliance implications of proposed changes and offer recommendations to mitigate risks.

Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries, examinations, and audits. Foster positive relationships with regulatory agencies and industry associations to stay informed of emerging compliance trends and developments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance; or equivalent work experience;
  • At least 7 - 12 years of relevant compliance, regulatory or similar experience;
  • Strong regulatory/compliance knowledge and skills;
  • Knowledge of Fintech, payment institutions, payment systems, and similar legal and regulatory requirements in Singapore will be advantageous
  • Team player and ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines;
  • Experience in liaising with Singapore regulators preferred;
