Job Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that Batu Pahat Branch is in good condition and report any issue that require for maintenance.
  • To ensure confidentiality of record and data, restrict the flow of information to other non- relevant parties according to company's policies and procedures on firewall and confidentiality of information.
  • To assist in verifying role of new client's account opening in ops portal
  • To handle enquiries from dealer's Representatives / clients.
  • Review AMLA matters in the operation portal.
  • Customer services skills are required.
  • To handle any Corporate Action matters i.e foreign stock.
  • To handle SBL account opening.
  • All other matters ancillary to the above.
  • To perform any other related duties that Management may require from time to time.

Job Requirements:
  • SPM and/or professional qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Good Leadership skills and collaborative culture
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact
  • Strong cultural sensitivity to manage relationships with people from diverse cultures
