Job Description:

Head of Corporate Strategy Management will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's long-term strategic initiatives, driving growth, and enhancing our competitive position in the market

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing corporate strategies in a complex business environment.
  • Experience in the insurance industry or financial services sector preferred, with knowledge of life insurance products and markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive corporate strategies aligned with the company's mission, vision, and objectives. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis, including competitive benchmarking, industry trends, and customer insights. Utilize data-driven insights to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
  • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key strategic initiatives and business development efforts. Lead strategic projects, partnerships, and other activities to support the company's growth objective.
  • Monitor Performance: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. Monitor performance against targets and recommend adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Provide Strategic Guidance: Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on critical business issues. Present findings and recommendations to executive management and the board of directors.
