The opportunity
In order to help us create greater retirement outcomes for our members your role is focused on providing safe and highly engaging facilities for our employees and members.

This role is responsible for the facilities across our offices in: Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, as well as our 30+ national campus offices.
You will assist us to ensure UniSuper's facilities and general workplace environments are fit for purpose, safe and allows UniSuper employees, advisers, and visitors to get the best from their day.

On a day-to-day basis you will be in charge of coordinating all workplace services, including:
  • Raising PO's, and reconciling invoices related to leases, and from suppliers (or similar)
  • Office cleaning & waste management
  • Security & alarm monitoring
  • Managing building access passes
  • Onsite facilities vendor management
  • Office furniture, Emergency Management, OH&S & wardens
  • Repairs & Maintenance - Ensure preventative maintenance and necessary repairs of tenancy areas is undertaken

About you
You will have experience working in a facilities position or have worked in a role where coordinating people, places and tasks has been the key focus. You are someone who proactively looks for ways to ensure UniSuper's facilities provide a contemporary working environment.

We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving, and often complex environments and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity. You will also bring:
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to set priorities and work towards tight deadlines, paired with excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to respond to and prioritise competing and often urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner
  • Experience working effectively with key business stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • First aid and OH&S workstation assessor qualifications (desirable)
