Head of Finance, China

Our client is a fast growing retail brand

Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company in China
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support business growth
Provide accurate financial analysis and reporting to senior management and the board of directors
Ensure compliance with local and national regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external auditors, banks, and investors
Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing coaching and development opportunities to team members

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA/CPA preferred
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or related field with a successful track record of leading and developing financial teams
Experience working in the retail or consumer goods industry strongly preferred
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
