Administration job located in Brookvale Your new company
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with a small but very successful business located in Brookvale. Forming part of a friendly team in a family-owned business, this varied position has a range of duties covering administration support, finance and customer service.
Your new role
Duties include:
  • Taking incoming calls from customers enquiring about product availability
  • Checking stock levels, processing orders and arranging deliveries
  • Invoicing customers
  • Supporting the owners with their administration
  • General administration to keep the office running smoothly
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role:
  • You will be a team player and enjoy helping others
  • Possess strong customer service skills
  • Have the ability to learn new bespoke IT system
  • You will have previous office-based experience
  • You will be familiar with invoicing
