Legal Entity Controller

We are looking for a qualified accountant with core banking experience alongside strong legal entity or financial control experience.

There are significant legal entity rationalisations taking place across entities and the team is conducting investigative impact analyses alongside their BAU activities. This person will need to be able to seamlessly support both BAU and projects activities.

This person will need to:

• Support the team across its project initiatives, including legal entity rationalisation impact analysis.
• Assist in the oversight of other supervisory activity, as well as risk and control assessments
• Maintain ongoing relationships with key internal stakeholders globally.
• Contribute to the development of supervisory reporting and accounting controls processes.
• Prepare materials for relevant stakeholder and c-suite meetings
