Job Purpose

Acuity Knowledge Partners is currently looking for an individual to play a key role in supporting its Private Equity Secondaries fund client. The professional will be closely working for the client and will assist them on investment due diligence, portfolio monitoring and investor reporting services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing investment bookings on client system post deal close
  • Assisting Portfolio/Fund rebalancing computations post every subsequent close; capital activity / cash-flows tracking
  • Creating / updating fund track record and reconciling the data using cash flow notices
  • Compute and compare gross and net of leverage returns at fund level on a periodic basis.
  • Additionally, derive the impact of foreign exchange, deferral and hedging at the deal and fund level
  • Unfunded analysis and NAV reconciliation
  • Capturing fund valuation data such as investment cost, realized / unrealized value, gross / net multiple, gross / net IRR and financial KPIs such as revenue, EBITDA, net debt etc.
  • Valuation of Portfolio Companies for funds under purchase consideration
  • Preparing valuation models for funds under purchase consideration


Key Competencies

  • Past relevant experience & exposure of client handling.
  • MBA or other Post-Graduate or Professional Degree from a reputed Institute 
  • Knowledge of PE / Hedge Fund Accounting
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Private Equity, PE Secondaries, PE Fund of Funds
  • Knowledge of MS Office with strong skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to take complete ownership and deliver the projects as per client requirements and timeline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct high-quality project-level conversations with clients
