This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead with a background in financial software/markets/instruments.

Working within the LCH team, part of a leading UK investment and financial services company, you will be responsible for the QA of clearing, post trade, reconciliation, and data solutions.

Required Skills
  • Experience of working in a sophisticated, high-paced environment with a distributed structure.
  • A deep understanding of the financial services / banking / investment industry, with experience in market data.
  • A background in software delivery would be useful due to the technical nature of the projects.
  • Validated experience in delivering large-scale technical projects in a hands-on capacity.
  • Extensive partner management experience up to senior level.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills including the ability to establish relationships and communicate across all management and interpersonal levels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead to deliver high quality, on time software releases that meet client requirements.
  • Co-ordinate work of other team members, promoting an inclusive and open culture, working with global teams
  • Unblock team with current blocking issues.
  • Ensure software testing best practices and quality standards are consistently applied throughout the delivery life cycle.
  • Actively participate in project planning sessions with team members to analyse requirements and estimates of work.
  • Align to business and technical priorities and understand customer requirements.
  • Present and communicate effectively to all levels of the organisation including technical and non-technical audiences, leadership, and management.
  • Engage with project sponsors/partners to agree project objectives, achievements and success criteria and use ongoing status reports to update key partners on project progress.
  • Analyse software and quality requirements and document test plans
  • Assess and report on software risk and release readiness.
  • Understanding of financial markets, experience testing financial software a plus
