What will you contribute? As part of the Global License Compliance Services Team, you will contribute to maximizing revenue by ensuring all customers are reviewed and scheduled for monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual audit, as well as creating opportunities for non-compliant customers.
As lead/specialist, you will liaise/coordinate with the different teams (Product/Legal/Sales/Contracts) to ensure there is a way to audit each existing/new product/version/license metric combination.
Your role will be based in Manila, reporting to the Senior Manager in charge of the License Compliance Associates, Analysts, Specialists, whose primary responsibility is to ensure audits are carried out globally across our product and customer portfolio and creating pipeline for Sales to pursue. Role will be coordinating with different lines of business and functions (Sales, Finance/Billing/Contracts, Legal, Customer, Support, Product, etc.), globally.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Identify customers due for audit and establish contractual right to audit and license terms.
• Collaborate with different functions in initiating audits and identifying correct audit contacts.
• Initiate audits with customers and escalate accordingly to facilitate delivery to Finastra of audit results.
• Analyze audit reports and determine compliance or otherwise to contracts.
• Create Sales Opportunities for non-compliant customers.
• Maintain records of all audit transactions and communications within Salesforce.com.
• Reach out to other functions (Sales, Legal, Product) where required to gather missing information.

Required Experience:
• Considerable experience within a Contract Administration and/or License Compliance environment at either an operational or transactional level, gained from a global, fast-paced team with integrated and matrix ways of working.
• Specialization in accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to time-critical SLAs.
• Excellent customer service and internal stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth experience in analyzing information, making recommendations, and influencing outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with other relevant tools.
