We are looking for a Senior Manager to lend their expertise and client focus to our Sydney's Private Advisory (also known as Private Advisory or Business Services.)

Key responsibilities
- Manage a Diverse Portfolio - Oversee a range of privately-owned businesses, working closely with owners, C-suite executives, and finance teams. Collaborate across service lines and with the private business tax and advisory team, both locally and nationally, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Client Relationships -Cultivate strong working relationships with our clients, providing proactive and practical solutions to address their unique challenges
- .Inspire Excellence - Lead a team of Associates and Senior Associates, managing workflow and offering coaching to foster their growth and development.
- Operational Leadership - Take charge of operational matters across the team, providing expertise and guidance to managers and associates.
- Efficiency Enhancement - Participate in operational and business development projects to elevate team capabilities and efficiency on a national scale.
- Advisory Skills - Develop your advisory skills in your chosen area of interest, whether it's industry-specific or technical expertise.
- Business Development - Actively engage in business development activities to enhance your portfolio and shape your specialization according to your aspirations.
Skills and experience
- Qualification(s) in a relevant discipline such as Business / Commerce, Accounting or Finance, or other relevant professional or overseas qualification(s)
- CA / CPA qualified, or other relevant industry accreditation(s)
- Diverse business advisory experience (including private business and high-net worth clients), leading the delivery of high-quality and robust strategic projects
- Highly-developed interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with and influence stakeholders at all levels of client organisations
- Significant people management and leadership capabilities, with genuine care for your people
