IMI CIB - VP Structured Finance - Singapore

It is looking for new qualified profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:

Scope and Purpose
• Accountable for the negotiation and execution of project finance mandates and transactions• Shared responsibility for execution of transactions, including liaison with clients, advisers and internal stakeholders • Manage and lead the process to obtain credit approvals• Direct responsibility for actively monitoring and supervising Structured Finance assets throughout their entire life, including performing credit review, waiver & amendment processing, or any other aspect of portfolio administration• Perform related duties assigned by management, and participate in special projects as required

Required Experience
• Over 7 years in structuring and executing Structured Finance (project and acquisition finance) deals

Competencies Required
• Proven track record in executing Structured Finance deals in Asia Pacific• Strong quantitative skills and Legal documentation expertise• Strong teamwork approach within a small, diversified team• Network with clients and other banks reflective of the position• Strong documentation skills under time pressure• Self-motivated and able to work largely independently • Willing to go the extra mile if required

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
• MBA and / or Degree holder in Finance, Economics or Accounting or related disciplines
